Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the Kicker game and the kicker-poker.ru website collect, why, and how to delete it. We collect only what the game cannot work without.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Dmitriy Kolemagin, a self-employed individual registered in Russia (taxpayer ID 643922347574). Any questions about your data: [ПОЧТА].

We do not receive bank card data: payment happens on the payment service side. We do not collect your phone number, email, contacts, location, photos or files. The game has no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The website sets no cookies.
3. Google Sign-In
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares with us your Google account ID and
display name (scopes openid and profile). We use them only to
sign you in to the same game account. We do not request your email, contacts, Drive,
Gmail or any other Google data, we do not share Google data with anyone and we do not use
it for advertising or to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs
adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Legal basis
Data is processed to perform our agreement with you — the game rules and the terms of purchase (Art. 6(1)(5) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). Sign-in service data is processed with your consent, which you give by pressing the sign-in button.
5. Who receives the data
We never sell data. It is shared only with those we cannot do without: the payment service (order number and amount when you buy something) and the hosting provider that rents us the server.
Your nickname, avatar, rank and game statistics are visible to other players — that is how tables and the league work.
6. How long we keep it and how to delete it
Data is kept while the account exists. You can delete the account in the game: “Profile” → “Delete account”. An account linked to VK, Yandex or Google can be restored within 30 days by signing in the same way; after that the nickname, avatar, items and links are deleted permanently. A guest account cannot be restored. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Server logs with IP addresses are kept for no more than 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to sign-in via a service. Write to [ПОЧТА] — we reply within 10 working days.
8. Security
The app talks to the server only over HTTPS, requests are signed with a device key, and only the operator has access to the server.
9. Age
The game is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
10. Changes
We will announce significant changes to this policy in the game. The date of the current version is at the top of the page.
